At Busy Bee Tools, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure your workshop is fully satisfied. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is within the 30-day purchase window and remains in its original, unopened packaging with all included accessories.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Busy Bee Tools branch to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely package the tool in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
